Holborn is a vast area located North of the River Thames, between the West End and the City of London.
Originally a corridor between the West End and the City, it initially lacked it’s own identity.
Holborn has traditionally been known as the home of the legal profession (in and around the Inns of Court) and (historically) the newspapers and publishing businesses (Fleet St). More recently it has evolved – attracting a wide variety of office occupiers, who benefit from its situation in between the West End and the City of London. Re-development of Centre Point and Africa House have helped give the area a new lease of life
Holborn provides a diverse range of office space, from top quality air conditioned buildings to small quirky rooms above shops. Rents are generally lower than in the West End and City making Holborn attractive on economic grounds.
