Euston is a great office location on the northern boundary of the West End, built around Euston Station, Euston Square, and also goes as far as Great Portland Street Station. It’s got very good communications, providing access to the tube network, and also rail links to major cities like Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Today, there are huge office buildings built by British Land in Regent’s Place, which has attracted very major office users like Facebook. Debenhams have got their HQ there. There was a phenomenal deal done by the Japanese advertising agency, Dentsu Aegis, who took a pre-let on 310,000 square feet and that was after Brexit.

There are some great local institutions in Euston. You’ve got Regent’s Park, London Zoo, the British Library, and things like that.

My favorite spot would probably be wandering around the curry houses in Drummond Street.
