Euston is a great office location on the northern boundary of the West End, built around Euston Station, Euston Square, and also goes as far as Great Portland Street Station. It’s got very good communications, providing access to the tube network, and also rail links to major cities like Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow.

Today, there are huge office buildings built by British Land in Regent’s Place, which has attracted very major office users like Facebook. Debenhams have got their HQ there. There was a phenomenal deal done by the Japanese advertising agency, Dentsu Aegis, who took a pre-let on 310,000 square feet and that was after Brexit.

There are some great local institutions in Euston. You’ve got Regent’s Park, London Zoo, the British Library, and things like that.

My favorite spot would probably be wandering around the curry houses in Drummond Street.

About Euston

Office Space in Euston

Euston lies in London NW1, approximately half a mile to the West of King’s Cross along the Euston Road, which itself provides a major road link to the West. It sits on the northern boundary of Central London and is centred around major London terminus Euston station and Euston Square underground station.

Large corporate buildings north of the Euston Road provide high quality leased office alternatives to the core West End. Best of class Euston offices have been developed by British Land in their 13 acre Regent’s Place office campus, north of the Euston Rd.

Major companies renting office space in Euston include Facebook, Dimensional Fund Advisors and Debenhams HQ in Regent’s Place. In a BREXIT breaking deal, Dentsu Aegis agreed to lease 310,000ft2 for their global HQ at 1 Triton Square.

With increased demand for serviced offices, Euston has attracted a host of operators offering a variety of space from meeting rooms near Euston Station to coworking spaces and virtual offices. Euston Tower – at 34 stories high – is something of a landmark and currently houses serviced office space across multiple floors and conventionally leased space across the others

The area has plenty of eating out and leisure amenities and is adjacent to Regents Park, home to London Zoo. Another major occupier in the area is University College Hospital,  just south of the Euston Rd. Madam Tussauds is just a little further west along the Euston Rd.
