The Background
AirX is one of the largest private jet operators in Europe. Previously occupying a Knightsbridge serviced office, they wanted to relocate in order to facilitate expansion. They also wanted more traditional office space they could stamp their identity on.
The Brief
We were asked to find good quality and ideally fitted out office space in Marylebone or North of Oxford Street of circa 2500ft2. Flexible lease terms were required to allow for further expansion.
The Challenge
There was a lease expiry in Knightsbridge, so time was of the essence. We had pretty narrow geographical search parameters and to save time (and expense) we were ideally asked to find an already fitted out option.
We initially found an excellent fitted office in Marylebone, but was just taking too long to negotiate terms. During negotiations we had continued the search and already identified another great property in Berners Street.
The Outcome
We helped deliver a superb plug and play office in Berners Street on time and within budget. The accommodation was already fitted out to provide flexible open plan areas with the benefit of private meeting rooms and a kitchen.
