Covid-19 Response

During the lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have modified our services to accommodate the extraordinary circumstances.

Our teams are all now working remotely from home, in accordance with government instructions.

As there is a difference between what we are able to offer regarding leased offices and serviced offices, we’ve given each it’s own section below.

If you want to contact us, we remain available through the usual channels. Please feel free to email us, use our contact form or call us on 020 7484 9266.

Longer term, leased offices

Our leased offices team are now all safely working from home and as always we will be delighted to hear from you.

The main questions we are fielding right now relate to discussions with landlords about offices you cannot use. We are already involved in lots of dialogue and will be happy to share our observations with you.

This dark cloud on business cast by the Coronavirus is the worst we have experienced by far. There is however a silver lining. There will inevitably be extremely attractive leasing deals to be done on new office leases in due course. Working from home, we would be happy to informally discuss your potential requirements.

If required we can also:

  1. comprehensively search the market.
  2. when the dust settles, help take you through the process from inspections & negotiations through to ultimately signing on a new office!

If you want to contact us, please feel free to email us or use our contact form. Alternatively, do give Ian a call. He is really bored being isolated in North London and would love to hear from you!

Flexible, serviced offices

For serviced, managed, co-working or virtual offices, it remains very much business as usual, with out team working from home. Our ability to provide information on these four types of offices will be unaffected as we have all the necessary infrastructure in place to ensure business continuity. We are highly committed to ensuring we can support the evolving needs of businesses as we adjust to our temporary new way of life.

Here are some of the ways in which we can help:

  1. Flexible start dates:
Like all business sectors, the flexible workspace market, while of course affected, is still very much open for business. In fact, while looking for office space at this moment will not be a priority, now could actually be a good time to plan your next office move. Many flexible workspace operators are offering reduced pricing and flexible start dates, meaning you can commit to an office space at an agreed price but without agreeing a start date prior to securing the office, as would usually be the case. Your start date will then be agreed with your operator once there is clarity on timelines for our return to normal life.
  2. Virtual/Video Viewings:
Combating the spread of COVID-19, minimising health risks and providing a safe environment for our clients is our top priority. As such, we are pleased to be able to offer Virtual Viewings. This means you can search, select and secure your new office space without leaving your home! Viewings would take place via a pre-recorded video or 360 virtual tour. Once travel restrictions are relaxed slightly, a member of the business centre management team will be available to walk you around their building virtually via a video call (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, Whatsapp etc.). We would be happy to explain this in more detail upon request.
  3. Business support while working from home:
We are also here to help support your business while you are working from home. Whether it’s a virtual office address, call answering services, mail handling/forwarding or secretarial services and admin support, we will find the right solution to suit your needs.

If you want to contact us, please feel free to email us, use our contact form or call us on 020 7484 9266.
