New office acquired for Eleanor Care at 1 Burwood Place, London W2
The Background
Eleanor Care are a large independent provider of health and social care services. They started browsing our website on a Saturday at the end of May 2022.
The Brief
We were asked to find a 6 person office with exclusive use of an additional meeting room, in the Marylebone / Paddington area.
The Challenge
We were contacted on Saturday 28th May and asked to ideally find a new office by the following Tuesday!
The Outcome
After a great chat with Graham Walsh on the Monday morning, we sent him a shortlist of properties. Graham liked the look of 1 Burwood Place. We arranged for him to inspect the property and by Tuesday 31st May we had helped him negotiate the commercial terms and he was able to exchange on the deal!
Graham was keen to move quickly. We managed to find him great office space and turn the deal around within 2 days of engagement!
