The Background
Aegis are a boutique consultancy who provide strategic advice to the Energy Industry.
The Brief
Aegis required a 4 person office in London, with The City of London being possibly the best location for them, although they were open to looking at other nearby locations.
The Challenge
By the time that they made contact with Find a London Office, they had been out In the market and had selected an option that potentially suited their needs, but they had the feeling that there must be other options available that might suit them better. So they asked Jamie, our serviced office expert, to tell them whether something more suitable was out there. The answer was approximately 300 options, and Jamie, using his deep market knowledge, reduced that to about 45 using their stated criteria and sent them details. They decided to actually look at just a few, and eventually selected two that they really liked.
The Outcome
Both options suited them better than the one they had looked at earlier and after much discussion, a deal was arranged on their new office which, for a variety of reasons, turned out to be the better option out of the two.
