Introduction
When we take on a new client, we often find that they are ill-prepared to begin their search for new London office space. Typically, they haven’t addressed some fundamental questions, and have put off key decisions until their search is well under way. It is essential that prospective tenants make some key choices, before they start looking for new London office space, otherwise the search quickly becomes nigh-on impossible, and grinds to halt. Very unsatisfactory all round.
With that in mind, I have decided to write a series of blog posts, each part identifying and addressing one of these fundamental questions. In fact, once it’s finished, I shall make it recommended reading for any of our new clients, before we start their searching the length and breadth London for office space! It will save us all a lot of heart ache!
The obvious comparison to moving offices is moving house, a far more familiar experience for most of us. When you decide to move house, the first two questions you ask yourself are “Where do I want to be?” and “How much can I afford to spend?” The same questions are just as valid when moving to new business premises.
TIP: When looking for new office space in London, it all boils down to location and budget.
