Mayfair booted off the Monopoly board by who?

And our Office Space Rental Guide would concur, consistently placing Mayfair as the most expensive place to rent office space in London. The latest edition of the board game replaces Mayfair with a wealthy usurper: Kensington Palace Gardens. Michael Fraser isn’t impressed.
