- How much space do I require?
- We work with you and help you to develop your detailed brief, which involves the essential subject of space planning. A mathematical model is produced to calculate your space requirement.
- How much will it cost?
- This will depend on the existing provision of services within your new building and your specific requirements. An open plan office will be more economical than cellular space. As a guide, typical fitting out costs will range from £20 to £40 per sq ft.
- How long will it take?
- The contract period will vary from 4 to 8 weeks on site. This is preceded by the design development, which can be run in parallel with the lease negotiations.
- What regulations do I need to be aware of?
- Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 1994. We will advise you of your responsibilities and ensure that the Planning Supervisor and the Health and Safety plans are in place. We will also obtain Building Control approvals and any Planning Consent if required.
- How do I select a suitable furniture range?
- We will assist in the selection of office furniture and manage the installation.
- Will you handle comms room, voice, data and AV installation?
- We provide specialist consultancy services who work closely with your in-house team. During the project we manage the specialist contractors.
