Occupiers are attracted by famous gentlemen’s clubs on Pall Mall, St James’s St and St James’s Square (such as the RAC, Carlton, Whites & The In and Out) and by restaurants, shops and night clubs around Jermyn St. St James’s is also home to the Institute of Directors.

St James’s has good communications – Charing Cross and Victoria mainline stations are walkable from this area, together with underground stations including Piccadilly Circus and Green Park. Rent and overall occupancy cost in St James’s is similar to Mayfair – i.e. the highest in Central London.
