Paddington is the West End’s newest office sub-market, situated approximately a mile to the west of Marble Arch. It is the area immediately by Paddington Station and is just a short walk north of Hyde Park.
Paddington has always had tertiary offices, but recently large corporate Grade A office buildings have been developed to the north and west of Paddington Station. As a result of this, household name companies such as Marks & Spencer have established headquarters in Paddington.
Good communications into Central London are provided via Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. Perhaps the areas most important link, however, is the 20 minute Paddington Express service to Heathrow Airport.
