Midtown is a vast area located North of the River Thames, between the West End and the City of London.

Although Midtown (also known as Holborn) has traditionally been known as the home of the legal profession (in and around the Inns of Court) and newspapers and publishing businesses (Fleet St), it has more recently evolved into an area attracting a wide variety of office occupiers, who benefit from its situation in between the West End and the City of London.

The area is served by good communications. Kings Cross and Waterloo mainline stations are nearby, and its local underground stations are Holborn and Chancery Lane.

Midtown provides a diverse range of office space, from top quality air conditioned buildings to small quirky rooms above shops. Rents are generally lower than in the West End and City and hence Midtown is also attractive on economic grounds.
