Contact Michael

As a long term player in this sophisticated market, Michael has built up extensive knowledge of the locations, the owners, the rental values, and possibly most importantly, has developed very solid contacts with the other agents or brokers working in the hub of the office market, which gives him a a considerable advantage when both trying to source suitable office space and also when trying to negotiate the best possible terms for the end user.

He has "crossed swords" with very many of them over the years, and this fact means that the answer, whether good or bad for that particular client, can be bottomed-out at speed without the need to be excessively adversarial.

Over the many years, a large quantity of people and companies have used his skills to give general advice whilst they try to budget for a new London office or an office upgrade, meaning that there are no unexpected budget suprises when the project is moved forward. Whilst he doesn't charge for this added service, he finds it one of the most satisfying aspects, as it involves getting working with the client business in greater detail.

Michael Fraser started in the property market in 1970, at that time based in the City, London EC3. Having decided to concentrate on the Central London office market, he moved to the West End, and was based in the heart of St. James's, London SW1. The FindaLondonOffice team have now moved to offices close to Oxford Circus, this now being perceived as about the best location to cover all of the Central London office areas.

It normally follows that he is asked to collect up and assess the options open to satisfy the clients requirements, and to advise the end user which options are best, and point out those that are not for whatever reason!

He owns up to enjoying what he does, essentially based on being able to concentrate on a complex but clearly defined area, but also based on the wide variety of different people and the very diverse types of commercial activities pursued. Each type of activity has different space needs, and the ways that these have continued to evolve have provided great interest, and the ability to pass this information on to save end users time is something he always finds satisfying.
